This company worked on the building next to mine. Started before 8am on a Saturday, made tons of noise. Came in to my yard where they weren’t working and moved my tables and chairs. They did not move it back before they left and when I called the number on the truck the person who answered hung up on me. Great company, great customer service.
We have had our roof tarped since the last big rains due to a leak and needed a new roof. We received a bid that we were considering and happened to see Prestige working on a roof down the street and asked for a bid. They came in close price wise to the other roofer and got a good review from our neighbor; we are so glad we waited and used Prestige. Prestige Roofing put a new roof on my house and did an awesome job! Francisco (owner of the company) explained thoroughly the process of the re-roofing ..... how long it would take, the city permit process, and what to expect. The workers were very hard working - NO using their phone or talking excessively. Carlos, the foreman, kept everyone on track. We contacted several roofing companies for a leak in our roof and we decided to go with Prestige Roofing because of three reasons: 1. Great customer service -- they were always available to answer any questions and they provided the most details on the issue and how they were going to fix it. 2. Great work on my roof! Needed to replace my flat roof last month. They made a reasonable quote for roof replacement and replacing fascia and other wood that had been damaged by termites and water. Handled everything within a week, cleaned up, were professional and kind to me and my family, and did quality work. Very thankful for their servicing of my roof and professionalism throughout the process.
