All of the employees are very rude and don't even speak to you in English. The worst part is that they blatantly talk about all of the customers in Vietnamese though! But really the main reason why I gave them ONE STAR is because they have no clue how to remove or do gel nail polish correctly. They even say that they have Shellac when they really don't - they have some terrible generic brand that peels off right after they do it. Plus they overcharge for the terrible services. I have been going to Tommy for 16+ years. He is fabulous! I will not go anywhere else... He is the best in town. I am extremely picky and his work is amazing. My nails NEVER break, and they always look beautiful! Great work done here! Very pleased... And the atmosphere at Prestige is always welcoming.... Tina P.
I love my summer time toes! After a lot of bad experiences, this salon has restored my faith in nail salons, I'm a picky lady & now I won't go anywhere else
I went here to get a gel manicure. Not only was the elderly woman rude right off the bat, but she had no idea what she was doing! When she wanted me to put my hand in the nail dryer she would hit my hand and point to the dryer. She had no idea how to paint with the gel polish. Every single nail was messed and she acted like everything was fine. Eventually I told her to just take off the polish and forget it. After that her and every other employee were incredibly rude. All of the technicians are very nice and friendly except the one that sits on the far righthand side (as you walk in). This technician never greets you, never even speaks to you (in English), never smiles, but she sure does talk to the other technicians in Vietnamese! She is very unfriendly and the last time I was there she overcharged me for what she did.
I get my nails done here all the time...these ladies are the most skilled professionals in the business.
