The medical staff took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about helping me feel better. Overall, I received excellent care and would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and efficient medical treatment
Great service! The staff was friendly, helpful and made the whole experience smooth. This is my 2nd time going here when I’m feeling sick and need something fast than ER. I really appreciated the attention to detail and will definitely come back when I’m feeling not to well.
I had a really good experience at this urgent care today. The staff was kind, professional, and took my concerns seriously. The provider explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the visit. I especially appreciated how attentive they were and how quickly I was seen. I walked in at 8:15pm but I didn’t have my ID or my child’s insurance card because I left my purse in my husband‘s car, but the staff was so nice and allowed me to upload a picture of my drivers license from my phone and they were able to check the IEHP portal with her name and DOB and found my daughter‘s insurance eligibility information. Staff is very friendly. The doctor was amazing and my five-year-old felt very comfortable and enjoyed her time at the urgent care clinic
