I will start by saying, that the people working here are very kind, the Medical Assistants, the Manager William, and two of the providers were very kind and helpful even after I called multiple times concerning my health. So much so that the office manager insisted on my coming before closing, and that he would not close the doors until 9 pm sharp. Which is something I greatly appreciate. The nurse assistant and doctor were both very caring throughout my visit. They both took the time to assess my situation and support with my needs. I was able to express my concerns without feeling rushed. This office overall provides great service and quick turn around with pharmacy-medications needed.
Very fast and efficient. The MA is both the front staff and MA but she is very fast and good at her job. Needed to get a flu shot for school. Was able to get it with little delay. The doctor was also very kind. Would highly recommend this place because all the staff are competent and caring. It is sad to say but that can be hard to find these days in the medical field. But I’m very greatful for coming here.
Beyond pleased with the help this urgent care provides. DR. O is extremely attentive, caring, and professional. Nurses are also attentive and communicate with ease .aking our arrival easy check in process. Been here quite a few times today for myself and I. The past for all three of my children. I always leave with medication needed to address health issues and content for that. Thank you Prestige Medical Center.
Great service! The staff was friendly, helpful and made the whole experience smooth. This is my 2nd time going here when I’m feeling sick and need something fast than ER. I really appreciated the attention to detail and will definitely come back when I’m feeling not to well.
