DIAL ARM ON STETHOSCOPE FELL OFF. CHEAP AND INFERIOR WORKMANSHIP 🙁😖
I received a phone call saying that I had an appointment with Prestige Medical for Friday at 3:30. I finally got through and a very rude lady answered the phone. I said I had never made an appointment for this company which is all the way out in Northridge. Ive even been to Northridge!!!! I asked for more info and she just said very rudely that she would cancel the appointment that I never made!!!! Very odd. I didn't even have my current phone number in 2012!!!
