Had a recall on my car I work in the neighborhood so the young girl came and got my car. I was thinking how nice is that. 20 minutes before I went to pick up the car she called to tell me they lost my key. Now I had to take a loaner and give them my spare key. They fixed the recall and still haven't found my key. I'm annoyed that I have to wait for them to try and find it instead of just replacing the keys
One of my friends went there and bought a nice vehicle. He and his fiance told me. About how much they appreciate the extra kindness and generosity for there future family. Therefore,am in Wisconsin looking forward for same service today.

Straightforward, honest, accomodating, no-pressure dealership.
One of the WORST experience with KIA finance dept. I was on lease "Pull Ahead" program, got into another lease and they never made the final payment, now my acct is in collections. Made plenty of calls to dealership mgr Chris Tarada and he never returns my calls. Needless to say BUYER beware!!
Absolutely awesome experience with Aaron. Fabulous service and I'm so excited about my new car!!
