This is the parent company of Lafayette Management Group... Absolutely terrible terrible terrible. Zero communication, ignored calls, and more. Our roof has been leaking for well over a year causing drastic mold in our bathroom and this company neglects to complete the repairs on this and a laundry list of other problems. Constantly harassed by our HOA because they won’t repair the yard, ceiling fans are falling off the ceiling, doors have fallen off and injured our children.
