RecommendedRob did an extremely thorough job inspecting our home! Being a first time home buyer is a bit scary but he explains everything so well! He made sure i understood everything and what he was talking about! His receptionist was also amazing and so kind and helpful!
Rob and his Trainee did a fantastic and thorough job with our property. They took their time and did their due diligence to cover everything from the outside to the inside. They explained all the possible issues in great detail and gave great recommendations and a Summary page to utilize in our negotiations. Overall, a great job and will highly recommend them to friends and family!

Prestige is by far the best inspection company in Canton! We have used their services twice and both times we have been highly impressed by the work they have done. Rob did our inspections and he looked at the home from top to bottom! He then goes through the home with us, shows any concerns and explains anything that is troubling that should be addressed immediately. The office staff is also extremely friendly and super helpful. We will definitely be using Prestige for any home inspection needs!

Rob did our home inspection in 2011. He found things we would never thought of. He is very thorough and efficient.
Rob did a home inspection for me in a newer home. He found numerous small problems that the current owners fixed saving more serious problems later. He was very organized and Thorough.
This review is from several years ago, but I was very impressed by Rob! I’m a very particular person and he went above and beyond on every little detail to make sure I was buying a quality home! The Summit Real Estate Group has used Prestige for years, and they always do a thorough job! The best part of his reports are how detailed they are, interactive and easy to read. He also puts a ton of extra information on how things are supposed to look or be cared for. Many digital photos and anytime there are issues, its very clear to see. Most home inspectors don't take the time and or don't have the technology which is very beneficial to our buyers. I would recommend them to anyone! They are the BEST!
