They never call you back. I called United Health Care to complain on how you can’t get a hold of them. United reached out and got someone and now when I call back to continue the conversation and leave a voicemail, they never call back. I have left multiple voicemails with no call back. If this is how they are before starting services, I’d hate to see how they are if I had an issue and needed to get a hold of them.
I worked for them they barely had clients and the ones they have live in some of the worst conditions and to inform them of the problems are pointless
They are terrible people to work with. I worked for a staffing agency and we used to see their patients for pt ot st Msw services and they would not pay the invoices for the services performed. Terrible management. Poor communication skills. Don’t work for them. U WILL NOT GET PAID!!!
