I purchased from here several years ago and had great service. Now it's a different sales guy. 1st, They don't have "regular" hours. Hit and miss when they are in. 2nd, could not give me an exact inventory quantity. 3rd, They never called with me telling me my sample was ready to pick up.

Was excited to check out the place but their store hours aren't accurate as what is reflected online. Showed up at 4:30pm and no one was there... Or an explanation of when they'd be back... I drove from Davis and am less than pleased. May give a second shot but not starting out on a great/professional note.
