I've been coming to Dr. Pakzad for a while now, and her service has stayed consistent. She's personable, thorough, and informative. As long as her practice is here, I'll continue coming back!
The staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Dr. Pakzad is very thorough in checking my vision and comparing the results from last year's visit. Overall, Prestige Eyecare is very good and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great eyecare.
My brother was hospitalized and needed surgery the day of my appointment. It happened within 3 hrs of confirming my appointment via text. I called in distress to reschedule and I even explained the whole situation and the first thing out of her mouth was that she needed $50 to reschedule. Not even a bit of sympathy just straight up asked for my credit card info. Don’t waste your money here they do not care about their patients. I recommend Friendly eye care, they’re also on Lakeview Pkwy and truly care for their patients.
