Very pleasant and easy to work with for rentals for large private party.
Called Tuesday afternoon to get a price on folding chairs for a get together tomorrow (today is Friday). Was told to come Friday to pick up and return on Monday. No worries. Was told I would get an e-mail quote. Never saw one (yes, I checked spam and junk folders), but no big deal. Sooooo... this morning, I drive the 20 minutes or so to Prestige and THEY WERE CLOSED! Crystal was extremely easy to work with via email and helped me to book cocktail tables for my wedding with ease sending me quotes in a timely fashion and answering every question I could possibly think of quickly. There was one wobbly table, but we just let the people unloading them upon return know of the slight defect so that they could get it checked out before the next rental. It did not affect our ceremony in any way. Thanks for the help!
Crystal was so helpful and professional. She made everything go very smoothly. If we ever have another big event we will definitely be using Prestige Event Rental!
