Prestige Estates gets 5 stars because of the loving care that they give my Mom! Mom has lived there since April of 2016, and we could not be more pleased with the care and concern of the staff and personnel! Where to begin? Prestige welcomed my mother-in-law with open arms and open hearts. The level of care she received was far and above what we could ever have asked. She was immediately made to feel at home by staff, administration, and residents. I've known about Prestige and the family that owns and operates the facility for many years but only from the outside looking in. Visited my grandma here over the weekend and absolutely loved the facilities, staff and residence! This is an amazing community that truly goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome and happy! Please keep up the great service and making it feel like a home!
I took a tour of this facility and it is hands down the best in Tyler TX. I wish that we could have put my grandmother here. The staff was never lazy or complacent like I have witnessed at other homes. The residents seem to get a better quality of life than other options.
