Just got my Xbox 360 fired up after getting the laser replaced and it is doing what it wouldn't do without hours of frustrating failures and me smacking my head into a wall in frustration- installing a disc! Thanks guys you really know your stuff!

Prestige Electronics goes above and beyond. They are very quick with repairs, and they have excellent customer service. They also have excellent game selection that I cannot find anywhere else. As a video game collector, their service and selection is invaluable to me. After my shopping and repair experiences there, I can tell you that I will be a loyal customer for life.
Had my USB charge jack replaced in about an hour. Back to charging correctly and able to transfer data. Thanks.
Got my ps3 up and running again within a day. They also have an awesome selection of retro games. Will definitely be coming back
