Wanted to give the guy Shannon a chance as he seemed like a nice, knowledgable guy plus he had favorable reviews. Had PS4 issues with it randomly shutting off, was told they were gonna update the system, replace the hard drive, and clean the inside of my console. I told him to do whatever it took as he was the professional and I trusted his diagnosis and solutions. $155 later and I have the same exact issue. RecommendedFast and friendly. Spent all the time required to diagnose the issue and get my son's switch up and running. It took just a few hours from start to finish. Other service providers were looking at having the device for three weeks for repair.
This place is great! With everyone being stuck in our houses it was the worse time for my sons hard drive to go out on his ps4. Took it in here and they had it in and fixed in two hours! Very friendly and great service.

they fixed LJs PS4 within our budget. As Shannon was fixing it he called and kept us updated. Great customer service and they fix phones too. Also they have all the old school games if interested!!!!
I had a good experience here when I got my phone fixed the first time and kept coming back. usually doesn't take longer than a couple hours for the broken screen or camera.

Prestige Electronics does it again! iPhone7 plus home button stopped working. Ken fixed it in an hour and a half. That’s why I will keep going back. They get it fixed quickly and with a great price.
Came in today needing a phone repair at the last minute. They were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and they were speedy as heck! 30 minutes to replace my screen. I also bought a screen protector and they put it on for me. No complaints, would definitely come back! (Also, my phone looks better than it did when I first got it!)
