I do not recommend this repair shop. Yesterday I paid for a diagnostic and a regeneration, but the truck still has the same problems. They told me they performed a diagnostic, but they clearly didn’t. I basically wasted $165 for nothing. Their attitude was rude, and they told me to pay again for the work they never actually did. I do not recommend this place at all — very poor service
Very thorough in diagnosis and used quality parts from what I can tell. They did a lot of work to my 20 yr old Chevy 3500, w/ Duramax diesel, including replacing turbo.
Fantastic experience. After 379k miles, the CP4 grenade happened to my 6.7 powerstroke. I was stranded on the highway, and was recommended Chris at Prestige Diesel by a family friend. Truck was towed to his shop, and they made speedy work of getting my truck back up and running again. Very professional, great guys in the shop, answered all of my questions and did a great job on my truck. This is a horrible unprofessional company! They are liars, and scammers! They kept my son’s truck for 3 weeks. When he finally got it back, that day he had issues, so he naturally brought it back to them. They told him there was another issue. They kept his truck another couple of days. My son picked up his truck and took it somewhere else. They charged him outrageous amount, then lied and tried to charge him more!
