They are pushy and combative with Invisalign as other reviews mention. I would avoid this practice.
I have gone to Prestige Dental for years and I love it! Dr. Wu and her staff are thorough, professional, and skilled. Everyone is friendly and kind, and I have always had a great experience!
My experience with this practice could have been 3 starts but now I'm giving a 1 star rating. The reason is that I had a root canal done here a year ago, and I had to redo it recently because of an infection. I went to a specialized endodontist clinic in pain and had a 3D scan of my root canal. It turned out that one of the dentists (I'm not even sure if she was a DDS) at Prestige had left one of the roots WITHOUT cleaning. I've attended 3 different appointments with Dr.Wu and each time felt like a sales pitch and each time recommending something different to me (completely different recommendations than my previous dentist). Very pushy when it comes to invisalign (which I assume is how she has all the awards for it) and will upsale at the earliest opportunity. When you say no, she kinda shames you. I've left the appointments feeling uncomfortable each time and will no longer be returning.
