Dealership forces you to purchase low jack on car. They also don’t return calls if you have questions after you purchase a vehicle. Finance said they would email me a document and it’s been two days. No document nor return call. Poor customer service after purchase.
They have very low priced velichles and I drove a Chrysler 300 with only 24,000 miles and it was hard of shifting and major issues
Highly recommend the dealer. David V (sales associate) was friendly and very easy to work with. He went above and beyond and made our purchasing experience a great one. Great communication and great customer service on his part. Ryan, the finance manager, was also very nice, friendly and great to work with.

They price they advertise is not the price when you contact them, " I can not take the Zurich Shield off. If I take it off my discount will also decrease." so basically they put on a $1500 add on. to me this seems to be common place anymore with dealerships. I probably know more then any sales person they have so I don't want to go in and spend a whole day wasting my time so I prefer Online shopping but then again when you actually can't get the truck for what they are advertising it, is very deceptive.
