Worse place I have ever dealt with. Cindy from Internet sales told me all of the paperwork on my purchase was done and I was just waiting to bring the check up. I was assured that the car was marked sold and waiting. I then get a call that they sold my car. Randy the manager said "oh well " I have confirmation that car is mine and paperwork waiting and they sell it to someone else. I am completely astounded. I wouldn't send anyone to such a sneaky unscrupulous dealership. I am totally disgusted.

Hi, Jenni. Thanks for writing in. We are sorry this was your experience with our dealership. Here at Prestige, it is our policy that vehicles are for sale on a first come first serve basis. We do not hold vehicles without a deposit or signed documents saying your buying the vehicle. I know Cindy did ask for a deposit to hold the car and you declined which left the vehicle on the market for sale.
WOW! I was so impressed today - and that takes a lot for me to say. Kodey in the Express Lane got me in quickly and efficiently. i have been going to John Elway Jeep in Greeley since I purchased the Overland in 2013 and they have been consistently the worse service/dealership I have ever experienced. PRESTIGE was exceptional. I will be moving to this dealership for everything going forward! THANKS!
Please read Jeremy Heier's review. I have been around all the times he has tried calling or any kind of help and they have done nothing but jerked him around. I will never buy from this place after seeing what he went through.

I had the worse experience of my life with these people I do hope you do not get screwed as bad as I did. So rude telling me that could not even read. Maybe tell the university of Texas maybe they will take my papers away from me. But I guess I am stuck with the car anyway. Will never go back for anything !!!!!
