Horrible customer service from your parts department. Will NEVER go there to order parts again.
Rip off artists for service for sure!!! Took car for oil change, tire rotation and was told needed to have transmission fluid changed. Got $950 bill since the turd (Mike) that called neglected to tell me that little service cost $500 bucks! On top of that for nearly $1000 you think they could wash a car. Will sell this jeep as soon as possible. Never had such terrible service til I owned one of these and this isn't the first time since I owned it.
