We arranged a quote to cover our waste compactor area. John came out to provide quote, gave us a design which suited our needs. John and his team were truly professional and friendly. The awnings not only were a perfect solution they look fantastic and the materials used strong and sturdy. When they finished John made sure he left the site clean and tidy. We are very impressed. My carport was installed within days of the quote. The workmanship is excellent, with stainless fittings and acorn nuts. It looks stylish, was great value and the proprietor John was very nice to deal with. If you want a good cantilever carport installed, contact these guys. I highly recommend them. UPDATE: The carport’s gutter and drain handled a recent storm easily.

While the quality of the product is good the quality of the installation is very poor. Whilst they came and did a patch-up job on some of the issues they are far from professional installers indicating no pride in their work. I suspect those who have been happy have not taken the time to view the quality of the actual installation. I am thrilled with the service provided by Prestige carport. I thought old fashioned customer service does not exist. Not only I got good price compared to other 3 quotations I received, John Montoya was on-time and every time he informed me if there is any issue and most importantly he delivered my project with the quality which was more than my expectations. I am very happy with service and highly recommend John. If I could, I would give 10 stars :)
