Great service
I was charged for a service I don’t use. I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund on the day that I was charged and they refused. I don’t care the terms of the service; if you can’t be flexible, you’re worthless as a business. And besides, their service is horrible. They even have vacuum cleaners that don’t work well at the location I went once to go back to. And now I have a whole month paid for, when I’ll never show up. Absolutely ridiculous.
