I would give MINUS 1 millions stars if allowed. After many delayed, I backed out and was confirmed my 10K deposit for the lot to build the home in Dacula (lot #27 Alcovy Overlook Community) would be received 6-8 weeks (supposedly September 29) ...never received...Su Hollowell seller agent never responded to multiple emails and calls....SCAMMER...STAY FAR FROM THIS REALTOR.

One of the worst companies and a very unprofessional agent, Darcia Pittman. Unable to communicate and never follow up as promised. The most ignorant person I’ve ever met. DO NOT DEAL WITH HER. Disrespectful in every way possible!!
My father is a disabled Vietnam War veteran & was verbally assaulted by one of their vendors. They haven't been any help with helping resolve this matter. We will be filing a police report with local authorities. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else!
