Purchased a Lexus from this dealership. Had a bunch of break dust and dirt on the outside and disgusting interior. Went to pick it up and I waited an extra hour. I finally get my “detailed” car and when I get home I find old make up, dog hair, chip bags and smears all over the carpet and doors. The floor mats weren’t even touched and we’re sitting in the trunk. The wheels were covered in dirt and dust. They made to attempt to right the situation. Horrible experience overall.
I recently bought a 2012 GMC truck from them. The truck is in great shape, low miles, looks and drives like it is a newer truck. Didn't come with an owners manual which they promptly got for me. After looking over the tires, I noticed one was a different size in the width, a 255 when it should have been a 265. They said they would replace the tire with the correct size. It's been over two weeks. Haven't heard a peep back from them.
Worst truck I ever purchased, dumped more money into it then I ever should have had to. Will not be a repeat customer.

I sold them 7 vehicles between myself and referred family and friends! I just recently purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer and it has rust spots bubbling up on the front of the hood. In negotiations on a deal I brought that up to have it fixed, they said no problem! Now the deal is done and I just went there to have it fixed, they told me they can’t fix it. I’ve never been more disrespected in my entire life. Say around for three hours waiting for finance to get their act together, about to take the keys to a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and the finance manager says he “made a mistake” and forgot to account for sales tax. That’s fine, everyone makes mistakes. What isn’t fine is lying, belittling and your crap math that didn’t add up. We didn’t buy the car. The only good thing out this sales experience was Caroline, she was lovely.
Best place to buy a car! ✌️ Friendly and helpful staff, always trying their best to achieve the customer's satisfaction.
