Well, the representative was not too inviting when a I mentioned I was not from the area he actually hung up on me for giving my info had to call him back. Then they never called me for my kelly blue book price so I forgot about it.
They did a good job a treated me nice.
Young lady I spoke to in person did not have any knowledge about the car. Mispronounced the model (Miata). CARFAX showed an accident, but could provide no details of damage/repair. Was good about staying in touch. Was contacted by another associate who left a message, but no response when left a return message. Later, told car was sold. There’s a review from Eddie who apparently bought the car and returned it complaining they didn’t tell him the car had been in an accident. I called the next day as they had not called me back yet. Took 3 days or so for a call back and two people called with in 1/2 an hour to tell me they did not have the car. The car is still on their website over a week later....
Bought a Kia here and the dealer is great, the only thing is that they sold me a car that is making lot funny noises , but over all the dealer is good !!
They tried to work with us and find a very specific car we were looking for, but we did not visit.
