Thanks so much to Prestige Auto Collision for making my Highlander like new again! Not only did they use OEM parts to ensure my Toyota stayed a Toyota, but it was also done inside of a week. And bonus, they detailed my entire vehicle inside and out!! Alex and the team at Prestige did a great job for us. I owned my brand new Buick for only two days when we had a freak November hailstorm in Liberty. Hundreds of dimples, many of the hailstones were larger than half-dollar size. Alex and his PDR team worked very carefully and my car came out as good as new. Somehow my written review appeared but my five star rating did not. So here it is.
Alex and his crew are great. They get the job done how and when they say they will. The how is beautiful and the when is on time or before. My car had some boo boos that just bothered me. Not any more. My seven year old car looks brand new and I am lovin' it.
I had a situation where my friend's dog chewed through my seatbelt. I found a used replacement part online and Prestige installed it very quickly and for a fraction of what the dealership quoted me. All employees I dealt with were very friendly and professional.
