Very bad property management company. I have a lots units in their complex and I regret it deeply.
Terrible and unlawful. Not responsive when requesting information. They refuse to close a violation letter that was clearly addressed and timestamp/dated proof was sent, even after a year of constant correspondence. I don’t even see how that’s legal.
Linda has always been so friendly and accommodating - She’s busy and still always makes time to check in with me, I appreciate her so much for that!
Prestige Association Management Group, particularly Association Manager Linda Lewis, has demonstrated absolute gross negligence and reckless disregard for human life at Fleur De Lis for over two years. I have multiple properties with an HOA. And this management group is the worst and laziest out of all the other HOA groups I interact with. LINDA goes out of her way to target and fine me on things that occur on my neighbors properties. However, my neighbors aren't ever fined (I've spoken to them). I'm not writing this review out of spite, but more due to spread awareness about how this group favors and discriminates amongst a neighborhood. If you can, change your HOA management group.
