I have multiple properties with an HOA. And this management group is the worst and laziest out of all the other HOA groups I interact with. LINDA goes out of her way to target and fine me on things that occur on my neighbors properties. However, my neighbors aren't ever fined (I've spoken to them). I'm not writing this review out of spite, but more due to spread awareness about how this group favors and discriminates amongst a neighborhood. If you can, change your HOA management group.

Terribly disappointed thus far. I live at a property “managed” by Prestige, who promise prompt service and better assistance than the big management companies. What I have realised is that none of that is true. I have been out of my condo for a full calendar year, waiting for the necessary paperwork and action to be taken so that I can get my subfloor levelled and return to my home and it seems that my community manager, her management, and Prestige as a whole Do Not Care. Called 4 times during business hours. No answer. Not sure how to get in contact. Would be nice if they could answer the phone.
Sarah and the gals at Prestige went above and beyond to help me track down contact information for an HOA that they didn't even handle anymore. I so appreciate their time and help!
