They are not taking care of Woodforest condominiums it's a environmental hazard they allow towing trucks to take residents cars very dirty apartments
Unfortunately, responsiveness has been an issue over the past 5-years. I am a property owner of one of the townhouse communities this company manages. I had several requests (relating to plumbing that requires main shutoff valve, trash pick up concerns, etc.) that went to Elizabeth and Shelly. They don't care what happens to you or your home in the community they "manage" after they get their cut of dues. They provide no service and keep odd hours, like locking their office doors on Kingwood Dr. and not answering for several hours while a line of people wait outside their door. What a waste of money, like any other HOA **UPDATE** Two years later, and nothing has changed. $25 for a convenience for a card or $3 for an e-check.
