Prestige Association Management has shown a complete disregard for transparency, accountability, and common decency—especially when dealing with disabled veterans like myself. Despite being fully capable of sending documents electronically, they refused my reasonable request and instead told me to drive over an hour from Magnolia, TX to Kingwood, TX, even after I explained my physical limitations.
