18 days ago a woman quoted me $400 and said they were running 3-weeks out. Today I called to order the appraisal and the same woman said the $400 was not enough, that she spoke with the appraiser and cannot do it for that. I asked if they could provide just an exterior inspection at that price and she became angry, said I'm not listening, and hung up on me. Huge mistake attempting to do business with them!

This company should definitely put policies in place during this covid-19 pandemic. Policies that include ASKING if the client would like the appraiser to wear booties over shoes in their home. Also they need to also INFORM clients that they need to wear a mask while the appraiser is in the home. I’ve never gone through a pandemic and I am insulted that this company is blaming me for them not having policies in place. Very unprofessional!!

I was recommended by a neighbor to use this appraisal company and I’m happy I was. I had a great experience using this appraiser. He was on time, thorough with the job and was very friendly and professional. I also liked that it was easy to set up an appointment and I got the appraisal back fairly quickly. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
