Recommendedthese people are amazing with my dogs. they've all 3 come in for dental checkups and dental work and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Wahla and his entire team are just amazing. We moved to Fontana in 2013 and started going to Prestige. They definitely take care and time for all of the animals that come in. They are compassionate and caring.
If I could I would leave 0 stars! This place is a joke and does not care about animals. DON'T bring your pets here! Went in yesterday at 6:05 the latest with the location saying at the door it closed at 7 TO AN EMPTY ROOM. My puppy had a huge mass out of no where and the receptionist right away informed me the vets were leaving as they were already late for a meeting in Ontario. I begged for them to see my puppy. Dear Vanessa L., I apologize that we could not see your puppy when you walked into our office without a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately we are not a walk-in hospital. We try to accommodate walk ins as best we can. Yes, we do close occasionally for our veterinarians to have to the opportunity to complete their continuing education that is required for their license. The entire staff at Prestige is wonderful and caring! They take the time to answer any all questions I may have regarding my pups! My pups love all the staff there, even more so when they give them pets and belly rubs. I can rest assured knowing I’ve chosen an awesome vet practice for my pups!
