I wish i wouldve seen the other review on here when i filled my taxes here becasue the same thing ahppened here. I filled my 2023 taxes in 2024 and never received the refund that was promised. After letting her know she said she was going to call and fix it and i followed up for a year if not more. Eventually i received a letter from the state and after calling saw that she filled them incorrectly it was saying i owed a lot of money when i wasnt even a fulltime resident in the state at that time.
