Toni was super helpful at your Playhouse Square location. I went down to get a loaf of bread & ended up buying a great assortment of pastries for the holiday weekend with friends & family. I live downtown & have been wanting to return since you’ve reopened. I shared with friends as I walked down Euclid (with my two bags) that you are currently open weekdays until 3P. They were all thrilled to know!!
Paid for my food here and they left out 2 items, they forgot my cannoli’s. Cashier was also obviously irritated before serving my family and gave us attitude when we were deciding what we wanted.
My favorite desert place! Best coffee too! Amazing place, friendly staff, yummy desert!
