Great Pumpkin Cheesecak I love this bakery. I have tried just about every dessert in this bakery from tira misu to creme brulee to pumpkin cheesecake. The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake is one of my absolute favorites. I make a point to visit during that time of year just to enjoy this excellent desert. They also serve food and coffee and just recently I had a ham, egg and cheese croissasnt, which was also deliscious. They are so friendly and it is a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal or snack.
A great place for any meal One of my favorite places for an inexpensive meal in Little Italy, possibly all of Cleveland. Great Italian food served on real plates with real flatware for prices comparable to fast food chains. The bruschetta is wonderful and the stromboli is very filling. Delightful bakery in the heart of Little Italy When my family and I go out for Italian, we always finish the night with a dessert (or two or three) from Presti's. They have the best cannoli I have ever tasted along with great butter cookies and fruit cakes. Like all bakeries, the place smells amazing when you walk in but there's also an added something in the air - it just smells more rich and flavorful somehow.
awesome doughnuts Presti's Bakery is a must visit if you are in the Little Italy area of Cleveland. It has that wonderful "mom and pop" neighborhood bakery feel to it, it is one of a kind. They have a great selection of Bakery items that are fresh baked daily right there, and you cannot beat the wonderful aroma that hits your nose before you even walk through the door. Sweet Eats! This is one of the great Italian bakeries. Located in the heart of Clevelands Little Italy near University Circle, Prestis has many delightful baked goods including sweet pastries. As a plus, one block up Mayfield Road hill is a sort of Prestis annex where they make delicious donuts late at night. There is nothing quite like walking into the donut shop at 1:00 am and having fresh plain cake donuts right out of the fryer!

Recently had to make a visit to the Cleveland Clinic and discovered Presti’s on our last day in Cleveland! Absolutely fell in love with “Little Italy” and especially Presti’s! We bought an assortment of pastries to take to a friend’s house that evening for dinner and, after long deliberation because they all looked so good, bought an assortment of cookies to bring home with us!
