On July 20, 2023, I met Dr Prestera and received a comprehensive eye exam and consultation and was scheduled for surgery for both eyes on separate days that included enhanced vision implants. I experienced no pain and the procedure lasted less than 15 minutes for each eye. As I write this review on August 24th, I am seeing 20-20 in both eyes and as clear as I was at 20 years old! I had the most amazing Phlebotomist today at the 2020 Genesee Ave lab. Her name was Melena M. She was so personable and caring with a cheerful and positive attitude. Sharp is fortunate to have someone with Melena's great people skills...in addition her blood draw was painless. For anyone that is nervous about getting their blood drawn she would have definitely put them at ease. I hope to be fortunate enough to see Melena next time I need blood work.

Previously have had difficulty with technicians drawing blood so bad one time after 3 attempts I walked out. When going to the Grossmont Center Dr. Location I had a technician named Netti that is fantastic and no longer have problems she always draws the first and only time they need more people with this skill to help everyone

This is Covid-19 danger zone. I've been in there twice this week. There is only one person working (both times I was there) and she was doing front desk work and lab work on her own. At the desk I observed her handling multiple peoples ID, insurance cards, paperwork, and computer (with no gloves) at the same time and handing them back to individuals. She handed me the same pen that the last 3 (that I know of) patients had used. The sign in sheet has a pen on a tether that was also used by....everybody and was not cleaned be... read more

Dr.Braverman has been my primary care physician for the last 12 years and prior to that treated my father for over 35 years. He treated my father with the utmost respect and care. He has great bedside manner, and his office is always open for questions. The staff is always helpful and are open during lunch. I am very happy to have him as my doctor and will recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Mr. Frank R, if that's your real name for the heads up, although he has been my family members physician for the last 25 years, they have nothing but good things to say about the good doctor.
