Honestly the worse thing about this building is the STEALING. I have no idea why HACP has not made consequences for the people who steal. The whole point of security is useless. They are just there to ask for ID. If any of your things get stolen we are told to make a police report. USPS manager also told me they suggested the idea of an Amazon box but was basically laughed at. They stole from me down to the very second when I was moving out. Allegheny housing authority runs low income apartments. These are newer, in good shape, and fairly priced. There is limited access with a guard on site 24/7 and locked doors.

It is the most handicap accessible place I have ever lived. Lived here for roughly 8 years. Allegheny General Hospital is down the street. We used to have a Rite Aid too, but that closed up. Giant Eagle is next door. One elevator is now condemned and fully out of service. Also, the sketchiest place I have ever lived. Pipes CONSTANTLY bursting in units. Every month is another "Emergency Shutdown". When emergencies are no longer emergencies... Place needs to be fully condemned. Maintenance stinks! Never tell you when they are ... read more
