Would not recommend ! Maintenance is trash , speaks no English ! doesn’t know how to fix washers or dryers because they are contracted through a 3rd party ! Got my window busted in , took a week to get fixed because they are also contracted through a 3rd party , did NOT CLEAN UP THE BROKEN GLASS and I have a 3yr old who enjoys playing outside, the landscaping team blew my bowl of trash over and left the trash all over my back porch .. All they do all day is sit around at their office and ride through the neighborhood . Takes... read more

Presley Ridge Apartments is a very quiet neibourhood. The management are very friendly. I began living there since July 2004 up to date. What I realize is, it's increased by $20.00 yearly. The only difficulty is, we do not hav direct bus from Uptown of recent to Pressely apts. We go by transiting by train then by bus to Pressely Apts, or buses 16 T or 16 W and drop and wait for Bus 12. The stops has no Shelter to protect us from sun or rain. That transportation system doe not favor residents. We want our bus 16 back please, ... read more
