Ordered takeout from doordash they put the ginger ale right beside the soup so it was ice cold by the time I arrived . The sandwich was soggy hardly any ingredients in it. I will never order from there again definitely not worth the money I paid.

They don’t respect customers and they have bad behaviour
Amazing food, amazing service, so why one star? Simple: the debit machine asks you to tip, but according to every employee I've asked over the last decade, the employees don't get the tips. It's bad enough that they're underpaid, but the owners have to steal the tips too?
We ordered via skip. Our order arrived with missing items, incorrect items - and the quality of the food was not great. I understand the impact of a negative review can affect that business however, this review is intended to share honest feedback - which will hopefully drive changes. We have ordered in-store and that experience has always been really good.
