Was asked to take a survey about my hospital visit. Survey cut me off after 60 seconds and made start over. I'm guessing most people would just quit at that point. But I wanted my opinion to known. They list a non functioning phone number and no other way to contact them. How can they make suggestions about how people did their job when the survey is set up to block anyone who isn't angry about the service they provided.

Reps are required to adhere to the script despite the script being very confusing, barely even in standard English and almost impossible to understand enough to correctly answer the questions. The rep who administered the survey became very defensive when I asked her to clarify questions I was confused about. Overall, very unprofessional IMO

Re: Dr. Gregory A. Moore at NeroSpine Institute, Pain Management, Eugene, Oregon. I was referred to him for pain management. His P.A. (Dana Rubin) put me through an exam verifying that I "have alot going on" but when I told her why I taper down on my pain med every month to avoid tolerance, she replied "So you go through your meds in 3 weeks and then withdrawals". No, I do not withdraw, and 2 oxycodone 5 mg every 8 hours is well within the prescribed dose. If that is too much for her to understand, she needs to find another ... read more
