Press Ganey is not worried about accuracy or competency when it comes to the surveys they release. I filled out a survey, needed to correct something before it was published but they would not allow any changes. How are they helping the medical field when they can’t even print accurate statements. Very poor company to rely on for completed survey results. You may need to outsource your businesses reviews to another company not affiliated with Press Ganey.
