If I could give this place a zero star I would. Their Royal Hawaiian drink tastes like crap. Appetizer was brought to table with no plates, napkins or utensils. Waiter doesn't come to check on us at all. We tried flagging other waiters and they just stare and keep walking. First time here and not coming back.
Food sucked, mixed our orders up, waited 20 min for a beer refill, no napkins or silverware to eat with, manager completely unresponsive about our concerns, no apologies... Total waste of time and money! Not worth a single star either but one is default by posting!
In the past I have given Press Box a 5 star review. Lately the service has been so bad I feel 2 stars is more appropriate. The good is still great. But I'm not sure what is going on with the service. It never seems like there are enough servers, orders get missed or mixed up or forgotten about all together. It takes forever to get food ordered, served. I really hope things change, soon.
