Educated us at purchase time to buy the right style tub. Love the salt system. Learning as we go and they help us along to ensure a long term, a habit forming hot tub use for us, friends, and family.
Not only did they answer the phone before they were technically open for the day, Anthony gave me troubleshooting tips for my hot tub that was tripping the breaker. His experience was very clear with his detailed instructions step by step to diagnose my problem over the phone. He helped me order the correct replacement parts online to stop the mark up he would have to place on it if he ordered it through the store. We were looking for a Salt Water hot tub and chose a hot spring spa from Presque Isle Hot tubs. We have had it for over a month now and we are thoroughly enjoying it. Ryan and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. As advertised, the hot spring spas are very low maintenance and the salt system works great. We highly recommend a hot springs spa from Presque Isle hot tubs.
I just wanted to get on here and share my experience with presque Isle hot tubs. Anthony and James came to our house to get our used hot tub up and running. We were having a few things going on that were causing for it not to run. We needed a new heater and a new board. They were very helpful.
