Employees are always "asleep" here. I've ordered twice via the app and both times I went to pick up my order, they never had it ready. They simply forgot to check their tablet where the order arrives. Bad place to order your drinks.
I usually go here often to buy bubble tea with my friends. The bubble tea is good but too pricy as 2 or 3 bubble teas can cost $20 or $21 in total. I just wish the prices were cheaper and more affordable.
