I was not pleased at all. I left early from my work in Salt Lake City to get three cavities filled. When I arrived I was told I needed to pay almost $400.00 before I could have this service provided. I had called and given my new insurance information previously to your insurance worker and was told everything was okay. I have looked at my insurance and know that cavities are covered at 80%. No wait time and was greeted immediately! Service was fast and all of the staff are so friendly! Dr. Morgan is wonderful!
I selected Morgan & Presley Dental for 2 reasons: 1) I was looking for a female dentist who 2) accepted my insurance (company provided, not my choice). And I have terrible dental insurance. With those criteria, there were very few to choose from! In one of those rare instances of getting really lucky, I was absolutely delighted with every aspect of this first visit! Dr. Morgan is so cute and fun and spent so much extra time with me addressing my needs and her staff was incredibly attentive. I've been recommending her to everyone I meet!
