Please do not use this company. To begin, this company hired a mobile notary to notarize closing paperwork to close on a home. The appt was at 6pm on a Friday, the notary they hired claimed that sending over night paperwork overnight was not an option for her. Due to the notary not sending the signed paperwork overnight, closing was delayed until the next week. I have been using Presidio Title for close to 15 years. They have always responded to my requests, even when we had massive changes in the industry to effected every mortgage and title company. Their current staff do a fabulous job of getting our loans closed in a timely manner and getting commitments out and amended on time.
