Absolutely love this place! I toured as a walk-in and received amazing customer service from Ms. Angel and her lovely team. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and professional. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious, and homey. I loved the place and people so much I came back for a second tour! Such a hidden gem!!!!! 😍
I'm putting in my application tonight! The place looks great and the apartments are awesome! The office staff were personable and easy to get along with. Rodneisha showed us around and was so helpful. We even got to stop and chat about food, it was like catching up with an old friend. Highly recommend checking this place out.
I have to agree that this new management Harmoniq has been awesome. The property is now being well maintained. I’ve been here over 1 year and never fully unpacked because I didn’t think I would stay. Now- I think I may finish unpacking and call this home. I wanted to have guests over without feeling embarrassed by unkept property. I feel comfortable now and I’m really optimistic with the new management.
Since the new management, they are very responsive to maintenance request. They come same day and complete the work. The trees are finally trimmed. I've been here eight years and the office staff are polite and well learned. Hope this is a new beginning since we have new management.
New management has definitely made a big change after three years Of different property management coming in and out. with no results property went downhill. but our new management team Tristaca Patrick with her amazing staff has definitely made a big and major change with the property and safety improvements it’s almost back to normal she has brought presidio square apartments back to it’s glory days of what the community was like before, positive and a great community to live and be apart of.
