I have to agree that this new management Harmoniq has been awesome. The property is now being well maintained. I’ve been here over 1 year and never fully unpacked because I didn’t think I would stay. Now- I think I may finish unpacking and call this home. I wanted to have guests over without feeling embarrassed by unkept property. I feel comfortable now and I’m really optimistic with the new management.
New management has definitely made a big change after three years Of different property management coming in and out. with no results property went downhill. but our new management team Tristaca Patrick with her amazing staff has definitely made a big and major change with the property and safety improvements it’s almost back to normal she has brought presidio square apartments back to it’s glory days of what the community was like before, positive and a great community to live and be apart of. Max and Tim and Luis were amazing I mean professional and knew what they were doing! I had things that had been broken for more than 1 year and they came in and repaired my sliding closet door that works like new. Fixed all of the repairs that were needed. It did not take all day and they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I love living at Presidio Square Apartments Homes and this new maintenance team and leasing team are amazing! To God Be the Glory! He truly answered my prayers.
