Would give a zero of possible. OPTUM is flat out horrible. Went here almost 20 years without issues. Since OPTUM took over you can no longer call the office if they mess up a prescription order. Every time I need a refill CVS can't reach them and I have to drive to the office (8 times now) to get anything done. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in ANY industry. Absolutely pathetic.

Teresita the PA here is so caring, understanding and takes the time to listen and helps you. I have never walked out disappointed at all from this office Teresita is new to this practice and we have always loved Michelle Yoo and still do to I give them both a 10 for treating my husband and myself
I have been going here for about a year and a half. I say that loosely as I rarely need to go to the doctor, just for the yearly exam. I haven't been on a single medication for years and years. I have recurring shingles that re-appear every 5.5 months or so. Generally, it runs its course with no anti-viral or pain medication needed. We have had many primary doctors and both agree Dr Jordan is the best! She's thorough, caring, professional and personable. The office staff are great and easy to work with. Plus their office actually answers their phone, unlike some dr offices that prefer you leave a message and call you back within 48 hrs.
