This is my second time living here, and I’ve truly loved it. I’ve never had any issues. The neighborhood is great, and the views, and nearby park make it a really special place to live. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been excellent. Juan is super friendly, quick, and always helpful whenever something needs to be fixed. I would definitely recommend living here.
As one of the very first residents of Presidio River East, I can honestly say my experience was nothing short of amazing. This was my first apartment, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. This place is fantastic. My best friend and I, brand new to Fort Worth, decided to move here a year ago. I can’t tell y’all how great of an experience Presidio at River East gave us. The front Desk is always responsive and well organized. Anytime we had a problem with our apartment, the maintenance crew took care of us in a very timely fashion. I have lived here for four years going on the fifth, and sadly last, year now. I was here with the old management company, Magnolia Properties. Although I love them a little more than Avenue5, the office team here has gone above and beyond to settle any problems that may arise and with a smile on their face. I chose this apartment for several reasons with the smaller size being number one.
