Review edit 5 star to 1. Past 2 years were great living here. The manager Tina was incredible. Always looking out for everyone helped no matter what time of day. Always answered the phone. Made my family feel like we were welcome and a community. But apparently her niceness isn't part of your community standard. We are just paychecks and thats how we should be treated? Sad you let someone so helpful, amazing, caring go.
Place has gone down hill so fast due to management “corporate”. I used to recommend to everyone that they should live here. Now I tell everyone to run away and I’ve been looking for a way out myself. Place is filled with hidden fees on your rent and will suck the life out of you. Paying $750 a month lot rent is outrageous. Plus I found out from other tenants that if you’re late on lot rent, they send out 3 day eviction notices even if you own your trailer. How is that even legal or ethical. Tina is awesome. Such a nice and kind lady. She helped me get into a place as soon as possible and was hella fast too. I wouldn't know what I would've done without her. So very thankful and appreciate her so much!!! ❤️
I only give this place a 5 star rating because of Tina. She is making a difference here and for the BEST!! Very helpful when I have questions or concerns. She takes the time to get to know you and your family. Tina is very frindly, nice, respectful. Maintance crew could do a whole alot better job!!! I have lived here for over 5 years and now it is starting to look nice. THANK YOU SO MUCH TINA!!! Keep up the good work.
Tina has been absolutely amazing for me! I was so eager to find my own home, but did not yet have the time to look in person. Tina went ahead and gathered our information and got us approved. All that’s left is finding the home that suits us best. Thank you so much for ensuring us a home and being so pleasant and helpful.
