I have lived in an apartment that was managed by Presidential Property Managers for 5 years. The company is very responsive to maintenance requests and the issue is taken care of promptly. John, Andrew, Edward and the rest of the staff are personable and understand issues. Sadly, our building has been sold so no more Presidential. We rented from Presidential Real Estate for the last eight years we were living in San Jose. They were an excellent property management group and we would definitely rent with them again in the future. They were always responsive to our maintenance requests, they always notified us well in advance if they needed entry to the apartment, and they made our check-in/check-out a breeze. We sincerely thank John, Brad, and the whole team for taking care of us in the South Bay!
Presidential Real Estate Property Management provides the Best Service. I was not able to get into my unit and the same day they came to open the door. There was a problem with a leak and when I came back from work the (same day) the problem was fix. You guys Rock!! Thank you for taking care of your tenants.

This company is a total sham! They operate with chaos, incompetence, and complete disregard for ethics. Beware! I wouldn't dare entrust them with my property, nor would I ever consider renting from them. Despite the owners wanting tenants gone, they shamelessly took full payment for the month, which allowed the tenants to stay and of course upset the owner who wanted to sell the property.
