This company is a total sham! They operate with chaos, incompetence, and complete disregard for ethics. Beware! I wouldn't dare entrust them with my property, nor would I ever consider renting from them. Despite the owners wanting tenants gone, they shamelessly took full payment for the month, which allowed the tenants to stay and of course upset the owner who wanted to sell the property. I mostly corresponded with Brad during my time there, and he consistently displayed professionalism and efficiency that made every process easier.
