We recently hired Presidential to do a pre-purchase home inspection and found Craig and David to be very thorough, professional and easy to work with. Their work showed a lot of attention to detail, and they had the results back to us within a few hours of completion. The on-site review they conducted was especially helpful. We'd definitely recommend them both for real estate transactions, but also for more specialized work like radon testing.

Craig and his partner did an amazing job with my home inspection. I am a first time homebuyer and it was daunting not knowing everything that might be going on with house or not knowing what to look for. Craig did such an amazing job explaining everything, utilizing images and categorizing his findings to indicate level of immediate attention needed. I will be sure to use his company again for my next inspection.

We were extremely impressed with Craig & his team. They were incredibly thorough, professional, & personable. We also added on the mold/air quality testing, which was worth every penny for the piece of mind. They found some items that we have addressed with the sellers, but they also created a list of small items that we will work on over the next year that we would have not noticed or thought of, otherwise. Highly recommend!
