I am disappointed with the service provided by Presidential Inspections. Less than a week after closing on my home, a rainstorm caused a significant leak in the ceiling, dripping water onto the floor. While I understand that inspectors cannot dismantle a roof or see through every single layer, the fact that no red flags or concerns were raised during the inspection is deeply troubling. Very knowledgeable, the Presidential Team did a great job of explaining the issues they found and presenting the information in a format that was easy to understand. Additionally they did this in a timely and responsive manor. In the event we have the need to have another home inspection performed, I will certainly use them again and if asked I would highly recommend their very professional and friendly service.

Craig and his partner did an amazing job with my home inspection. I am a first time homebuyer and it was daunting not knowing everything that might be going on with house or not knowing what to look for. Craig did such an amazing job explaining everything, utilizing images and categorizing his findings to indicate level of immediate attention needed. I will be sure to use his company again for my next inspection.
