We were extremely impressed with Craig & his team. They were incredibly thorough, professional, & personable. We also added on the mold/air quality testing, which was worth every penny for the piece of mind. They found some items that we have addressed with the sellers, but they also created a list of small items that we will work on over the next year that we would have not noticed or thought of, otherwise. Highly recommend!
Craig and David were wonderful to work with. Very responsive, positive and extremely thorough in completing the Inspection. They took extra time with my Buyers explaining the findings of the Inspection page by page at the home so they could feel confident about the home they are purchasing. Their attention to detail and their "We'll Buy Your Home" guarantee if they miss anything is unmatched. Will definitely hire them again!
We recently hired Presidential to do a pre-purchase home inspection and found Craig and David to be very thorough, professional and easy to work with. Their work showed a lot of attention to detail, and they had the results back to us within a few hours of completion. The on-site review they conducted was especially helpful. We'd definitely recommend them both for real estate transactions, but also for more specialized work like radon testing.
