Used this company for a Buyer client in Ontario - they offered a detailed report and my client was able to move ahead with good information. Will recommend without hesitation.
I think this guys are not that knowledgeable they did a home inspection on our home and the things put in the report was ridiculous. Sorry you want to spend your money hiring this people but they will only create more problems for you and your buyer. You do what you think is good for you. I will never hire this guys.
