Very unorganized and unprofessional. They lost our lease, contacting us months after we had signed saying that they didn’t have one on file. They never respond to emails or phone calls. Recently, the name changed (probably because of their poor reputation) and they switched out the portal without properly notifying anyone.
Stay away!!!. I tried so many companies and they are at the bottom
They are intensely rude and care nothing about people, they only care about taking in the money you pay them every single month Will ignore requests for maintenance and then get nasty with you whenever you finally get ahold of them. Our house has been infested with rats and roaches and falling apart from day one, and these compassionless fools fixed nothing and yelled at my girlfriend for asking for clarification.
